2006....Wow... What a Year ..
This year as i sit at exactly 11.10 pm with no plans for the strike of 12 .. i sit and look back at this very very eventfull year in my life. As i look back i see the hand of God that guided me in so many ways that life has made a 180 degree turn for me this year. For once in my life, ambittions were achieved Goals were fullfilled and the true meaning of Bliss was found.. No i do not mean it has been rosy all year, but it has indeed been a whirlwind of change and a rolercoaster of events. The highest point being my meeting with my darling SWAMI and the lowest being Amama's return to him...
Lets go through what happen throughout the year ...
The year started off with me sipping Bicardi and Coke with Jiven and Sumi in Singapore...as the clock struck 12 we made a toast towards a great year ahead..
In January ... i moved in to Bangsar, which was really agift from God as I was now closer to the centre and work was jut a walk away.. .
February's highlight was the decission to join the prime trainers with the Trip to India.. there was when our late thursday nights started. And boy did I love it.
May Brought loads of sucess at work for me, As i stated of the coservation management department with Seleen and proposed the Revival roadshow, Which was an astounding success, made 2.9 million for the company in 3 months... and also helped loads of customers who were in the dark about their policies... did a radio advertistment and also did a presentation for the board of Directors.. The motivation behind the project was the need to travel, as it was a roadshow.. , i got to travel to all the small towns all around Malaysia.. that was fun, just picking up my bags and leaving... Even took a wrong bus to Penang but was luckily saved by one of my knights in shining amour, Gana...
I learnt so much at work last year from my dearest mentor Sam... sure hope our paths will cross again...
September was a whirlwind of change, I got my highligts..hehe... met Preman... sheena got married... and moved to HP....but i think ive wrote so much about all these events that i would risk sounding reduddant here..
Amama left us a month ago. But as i look back i realise it is a good thing... Love her i do.. but she is happier now.. my darling Amama.
The greatest part of the year was meeting my dearest .. Swami.. no year that have i ever lived can compare to this year ... nothing can be as good as this.. i don even want to explain the experience as i fear my comand of the english language will fail to describe my meeting with GOD ..
So 2006 i bid you farewell with the knowledge that 2007 is gonna be so much better ..
To you my very few readers.. I love each and everyone of you... I hope 2007 will bring us closer together.
- Kamini, Darshini, Ashwini and Darshy... my darling sisters... thanx for tolerating me.. u know wht they say people always show their bad sides to the ones they love... so thanx for tolerating the hidden B!@#$ in me hehe..
- Sumi and Jules... u guys know i love you to bits.. where will i be without u guys listening to me whining everyday.. and yes julie.. u have seen all my sides.. i hide nothing from u ..
- MArk and Sheena.. I thank god that sheena found u mark..u complete the missing pieces in our family.. ur the perfect brother in law.. and i cant wait to wellcome our darling niece/nephew..
- Dhiraj.. thanx for being my silent ... distant listener.. u promised to come back... im still waiting yaar.
- Fung Siang... you are the best buddie a gal can have .. thanx for being a rock that does not move.. my whole life has changed save you .. guess what? i think you are soon gonna be one of my oldest friends.. this year we celebrate 10 years of friendship.. must find out what date Science camp was.. we go lunar bar kay ;)
- LAi Sin ... i know u r busy dear... but i still love u as much , hehe...
